• Hound Headquarters is a drop shipping platform ships across Canada & the United States (unfortunately we are unable to ship outside the continental US). All orders placed online from Hound Headquarters are processed within 48 business hours. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products are shipped.
RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:
• Because we use a drop shipping platform, we do not offer refunds. We do however do our best to satisfy our customers by allowing exchanges. Unwanted or damaged items should be returned to PO Box 390745 Snellville, GA 30039. • Customer will receive a credit for returned item to be used towards the purchase of another item in our catalog. Customer will also receive an additional $10.00 off the purchase of any other items in our catalog. • Email Return request to nuview.counseling@yahoo.com to receive a return label. Enter “Returns” in the subject line. • Please ensure items show no signs of use. • Purchases may be exchanged up to 14 days from the purchase date in the original packaging, with the provided return label.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
• Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Hound Headquarters may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re creating them as fast as we can. Hound Headquarters reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Hound Headquarters confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Hound Headquarters will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
